I have limited experience with NFTs but what little i do know i think could be improved upon should Indigo release their own at some point ! Perhaps this would be a good topic for the community as i am sure everyone has something to add ! if it were possible to mint NFTs where the rank/rarity was delayed people would hang on to them longer and of course hopefully see the project grow. I think this is better than people just trying to flip them to get a rare one who have no input towards the project !
You could also play around with traits to add value perhaps by doing some kind of lottery for holders of a certain trait ? Another reason for people to hold and stay with Indigo ???

There are alot good projects with longterm roadmaps and great communities. Cardano Village, Prosperia, and Old Money are just few to start with. The Cardano NFT community is huge and growing everyday. Lots of great people.

I’m a gamer not a collector but I do hold some good CNFT projects, like Cypherkicks. I know a lot of sneakerheads IRL and they are so dedicated to collecting. I think Cypherkicks will get a lot of dedicated buyers over time.

Metaverse is really new to me, but i’m holding some Pavia and will take a look at other as they come up. NFTs will have their season when crypto winter comes, but the use based NFT will likely be the new era.

I like Ape Society and Pavia. I hope World of Cardano turns into something special as they have a great community even with being so new. Hosky with staking NFT’s was a game changer early on and so many projects are doing very new and interesting things as far as rewards and utility.

Boss Cat Rocket Club is killing it too. Although their cats and rocket parts are out of my price range, the Boss Planet Metaverse real estate has come WAY down in price so I’ve been swooping them up! Each plot is 100mx100m, so larger than estates in most projects. And every district is going to have an online casino in it that pays dividends to land and nft holders.

Art NFTs will not last IMO. They have in-built scarcity by design that can be expanded by the introduction of a ‘new collection’ or even a rival studio collection. They are effectively limitless, although some early releases may retain value due to nostalgia/history, but not many before saturation.

I await to learn about other use cases!

Some will survive on hype. Some will survive on art. Some will survive on utility. My guess is there’s a lot of room to grow.

I was pleasantly surprised yesterday at the announcement that lazy llamas has partnered with lendingpond. Llama holders will be able to participate in the chain’s first p2p lending platform that allows borrowers to put up their nft’s as collateral on loans, and I believe holders can participate both as lenders and borrowers. This brings another layer of utility not just to the llama nft’s, but all nft’s in the space. Nft’s as a store of value and collateral will help cement their place in this budding defi ecosystem.

Sweet, thanks for the heads up. I have a few lazy island plots and some Lazy tokens, but havent been keepin up to date. Ive been all in on Prosperia and my engagement with other projects has suffered.

I’m not familiar with Prosperia, I’ll be sure to check it out thanks. I love everything the lazy team is doing right now. They really have their eyes on the prize, looking to elevate to blue chip status. Hope your plots work out well, my homeland estate got soaked with rain this weekend! 94 ada’s worth fell on it. What a great vision brought to reality.

In the future, we will live by sharing with the metabus space. So is the first Metabus project in Cardano, PAVIA.
