Will there be a MINIMUM criteria to be met prior to members applying for foundation seat membership? IE: Credentials, vote, Cardano SPO, etcā€¦ Discord Gurus, quiz participantsā€¦, Indy academy certsā€¦ Thank you for your quick response by the way.
