Today is an incredible day for the EASY1 Stake Pool, the Indigo Protocol and Indigo Community.
Few months back Massi, an EASY1 Stake Pool delegate, had the brilliant idea to submit an Indigo on-chain proposal, to delegate the Indigo treasury wallet to the EASY1 Stake Pool so to generate staking rewards and grow the Indigo Treasury.
The temp-check was very enthusiastically received from the Indigo Community which voted in favour in both the temp check and the following on-chain governance action.
Fast forward a few months, we are here celebrating the day the delegation took place.
As you can see the the $indigo.treasury wallet has been successfully delegated to the EASY1 Stake Pool, and starting next epoch, it will begin generating rewards for the protocol’s DAO.
After a quick calculation, and at the current stake, the Indigo DAO will generate over 1k ada a month in rewards.
But let me introduce the EASY1 Stake Pool a little bit.
The EASY1 Stake Pool was launched on October 28th 2020 (yup! what a way to celebrate the 4th birthday in just 5 days!) and it has produced over 2000 blocks. It has the lowest fees, meaning that the delegates will maximise their rewards. It is professionally run (I’m a DevOps Engineer), and trusted by over 600 delegates. Our community is passionate and vibrant.
Why is EASY1 Stake Pool Special?
- First of all, it’s a Single Stake Pool.
- it offers their delegates every epoch extra rewards via Tosidrop, like WMT, FLDT, HOSKY and SNEK. Visit easy1staking.com to know more.
- NEW: EASY1 is Midnight ready! Yes you read it here first! This is actually a news from last week! We successfully launched a testnet EASY1 Stake Pool on the Midnight Network! This means that EASY1 Stake Pool delegate, will enjoy Midnight rewards from day 1 of Midnight being launched on mainnet.
- The SPO is also a huge Open Source contributor (check my linktree profile on X)
The EASY1 Stake Pool would be delighted to welcome new delegates! So if you have questions feel free to reply to this message or reach out to me on Twitter/X: CryptoJoe101
I would like to thank:
- Massi, my super enthusiastic delegate, which started all this
- the Indigo Community, for voting in favour of the delegaation
- the Indigo team for executing the delegation
