The best course of action is just to post whatever questions you have - legally oriented or not - to the community. The legal members of the community - myself included - will assist when needed.

Under these documents, the DAO can vote to wind-up the Caymans entity and appoint a different entity in a different jurisdiction to implement DAO votes. The process would likely involve an initial DAO vote to hire legal counsel to provide an opinion on current options and their pros and cons, and then a later DAO vote to implement any desired change. Each of those votes would include an allocation from the treasury for the Foundation to pay for the related costs.
