I am very proud to be part of such an incredible community. I found the constitution to be well researched and thorough.
Some questions that came to mind:
Section 2.3 lays out that members agree to use the indigo products and services, as they should. Would this be enforceable and what happens if an Indy Token whale does not participate or has no interest in the products or services offered by The Indigo DAO? Would they be able to manipulate voting power or would this be mitigated by the AQB?
I’m happy to hear that the Indigo Foundation is registered in the Cayman Islands. How will these members be compensated and to what extent?
