Why can we not vote on these separately? Seems weird to me that one vote = a decision on both, even if you approve of one but disagree with the other. Any reason for this?

The first proposal will just benefit whales who hold significant amount of dex tokens at the expense of LPTs who just want to provide LP without exposure to dex tokens.

On dexes the snapshot for rewards is taken every epoch whereas indigo is taken daily which allows for flexibility to add or withdraw LP without losing any indy rewards. I dont see how this change will incentivise more LPTs. In fact those who dont hold dex tokens will withdraw as potential impermanent loss outweight the indy Rewards. Not to mention difference in snapshots causing inflexibility to providers.
