why cant we set it to zero ??
with 1% reimbursement we can repeg to 96-97% max but by getting rid of reimbursement to zero we can peg upto 98% and i feel that is the number we should target instead of 97%max.

It seems that in less than 1 or 2 month, we went to 4% from 1%, and now back to 1%? I understand that RMR ratio and interest rate may be change upon depeg, but fees strategy/principle should be a bit more stable over time… fine with me with whatever the community would think is the best… but let keep it then consistent over time…
