I thought it would incentivize governance participation if Indigo awarded limited edition Indigo NFTs to members of the community that successfully create proposals. The proposals would need to clear the standard preliminary hurdles, which would eliminate the spammy attempts. It would bring more people into regular participation in governance. Community members would be more likely to take an active ownership role. Higher proposal participation would also lead to better decisions, as more people would be evaluating them, identifying any blind spots.
