Just hold in your desired wallet and send to the $adahandle in place of the address if the app you use let you use it.

Exactly, we’re seeing the integration on every dApp. I don’t think in the future you would be able to Cardano in general without a handle.

So this is basically a shortcut to make giving your receive address easier?
Is there a scope to make profit on these?

Exactly that - there are some for sale in the NFT secondary markets but I’m not sure there’s much opportunity for profit unless someone REALLY wanted one you have. You can mint them cheaply at adahandle.com from 10ADA.
