Counter intuitively, best wait a year for Cardano to mature some more. The project may be given a greater long term and deeper support by community, TVL and reputation

hi guys, synthetic assets are a very exciting and they can bring a lot of tvl but with the state of the crypto market as a whole, having a token when launching could be very helpful as it could be used as incetive to using the protocol and attracting tvl as well as the exposure it can give you in markets. love the team and believe this the beginning of something huge

I think it makes sense to distribute the governance token at launch, but only if it is used for governance. Would include a (longish) vesting period as well…
